Just A Note

Hello everyone. I just completed another challenge. This one is for Cute Card Thursday. Our challenge was to make a card using the colors black and yellow. Funny thing is I don't have too many supplies in these colors but I managed to come up with something. I tried to think of what stamp to use that I would color it yellow and of course! A duck... I got this image from and as long as I don't sell it I am allowed to use it. This duck is playing a banjo and I thought if I used my Just a Note stamp that would be perfect for my theme. Since he is so musical I decided to use a music sheet for the background. I used MS Word and found a stationary template. I think it looks good, what do you think? I used watercolor pencils to color my image. I made some paper flowers for contrast using a paper punch and a few brads and eyelets.

Pattie - THIS CARD IS SOOOOOO CUTE! I love how you tied in the sheet music background with the 'Just a Note' theme. Very clever of you, but I'm not surprised that you thought of it!
