Here is another one of my entries for Crafter's Digital Art Center Petaloo Promo... Come on over and join in the fun at CDAC!!! I used one of my images called "Wooden Shoes Tulips".
I used papers from my stash and colored the image using Photoshop. I added Petaloo Flowers, other flowers from my stash, gems, a sentiment and ribbon. I hope you like it!!!
