Here is one of my entries for Crafter's Digital Art Center Petaloo Promo... Come on over and join in the fun at CDAC!!! I used one of Priscilla's images called "Sweet Pea Flowers".
I created my own plaid paper and colored the image using Photoshop. I added Petaloo Flowers, Gems, a Sentiment and ribbon. I hope you like it!!!
