Get Well Kitty

Hi everyone, today I have a new creation and this one is for There's Magic In The Air Challenge and The Papertake Weekly Challenge. There's Magic In The Air provided the image and the theme is to add stripes somewhere on your creation. The Papertake Weekly Challenge provided the sketch. I made a 5" x 5" card this time and used papers from Memory Keepers called Fresh Anthology Collection. The image is a cute Kitty from Nina at TMITA. I colored my image using Adobe Fireworks and copic markers. I cut out the image a created a layering effect. I used my new Fiskars border punch on the side of the card. Ribbon, colored pearls, a sentiment and flowers completed my card.

Princess Lotus Peace

Hello everyone, today is Sunday and I have another creation to add to my portfolio. This one is for Michelle Perkett's Studio Group Weekend Challenge , Crafty Catz Challenge and Cupcake Craft Challenge. I am a member of Michelle's group at Paper Craft Planet and we have a wonderful group of ladies with so much talent. Michelle posted a challenge for this weekend and the theme is to use the colors pink, red and orange and one of her images. Crafty Catz Challenge has a theme also and it is to create something bright and sparkly. Since I love sparkle this was right up my alley. lol... Cupcake Craft Challenge theme is Going Girly. I used papers from my stash and my image is from Michelle Perkett called Princess Lotus. I used one of my new border punches from Fiskars and some Prima Flowers along with some brads. The vellum leaves are from Martha Stewart. I added a piece of pink organza ribbon, a pearl, some gems and stickles glitter glue.
I just found out today that I won Michelle's Weekend Challenge... Woohoo!
