DUTCH DARE 105th CELEBRATION CARD CHALLENGE HOP

Hello everyone... We are having a "Celebration Blog Hop" over at Dutch Dare Card Challenge. I am one of their Design Team members and if you arrived here from Annett's blog then you are in the right place. If not, you can start at the beginning here at DDCC... There are a ton of great sponsors and multiple winners this time! Our theme is Celebrations!

I used an image from Chi Chi Memories and created a small Peek a Boo box filled with jelly beans. This would make a great party favor! I found a tutorial over at Splitcoast and made mine a little larger than they have. I colored the Birthday cake image using Adobe Fireworks and added some gitter. To cut out my scallop circle I used one of my Nestabilities dies. I added a pink ribbon and jelly beans. I was eating the jelly beans while I was adding them so I had to add extra ones...lol...
I made my own sentiment in Adobe Photoshop and added a cabachon pink gem on top. It almost looks like one of my jelly beans...
Now it is time to Hop on over to the next Blog. You need to go on over to Ang's blog to see what she has created. Happy Hopping!

I am also entering this creation in to the following challenges:

Get Well Birdhouses

Hi everyone... I have a new creation that I want to share with you using one of my newest Digital Images called "Three Birdhouses". You can purchase this image for only $2.00 at My Etsy Store. I am a DT for Dutch Dare Card Challenge and this is my inspiration for this weeks challenge. I am also entering it in the following challenges:
I used cardstock from my stash and Designer Paper from The Paper Studio called So-So Sweet. I used a little sandpaper to distress my designer paper. The Bird Houses Image is one of mine. I printed two images and then cut out the houses from one. I did a little layering with the bird houses and added gems and glitter to them. I really love the colors of the inspiration photo from DDCC. I used a pair of my shaped scissors and added a little color box chalks on the edges. I also used one of my Fiskars border punches along with some white rick rack. To complete my creation I added some glitter flowers, a stamped Get Well Sentiment, and a paper Bird (with an added blue feather & glitter). I hope you like it!!!
