Cards for Kate

I made this card for a special little girl named Kate. Kate was diagnosed with an agressive form of brain cancer about 6 weeks ago. I found out about this through one of my friend's on her blogspot, Artfully Ila. There is a website that you can go to to find out about sending a card to Kate called Jennifer McGuire Ink. There is also a site to read Kates Story.

I am having a hard time typing this because the tears are coming down my face. I used my stacks and a Tilda image called Sweetheart Tilda. I drew the suitcases and colored these images with my Copic Markers. I cut out two butterflies and used glue lines to adhere them to the card. A sentiment by Inkadinkado and some glitter and my card was done. I now have to add something to the inside of my card and then send it to Kate.

Pattie - I think that the little girl 'Kate' will cherish this card no matter what you write inside it. This is so cute, and I love the pink choice for her.
